Proper bathing suit attire required; bathing suits must be worn;

No cut-off shorts, belts, or t-shirts are to be worn in the pools or on the slides;

Children under the age of 12, must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older;

Slides have medical, minimum height and maximum weight restrictions which must be obeyed;

Splash Canyon Water Park & Resort can not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles;

Splash Canyon Water Park & Resort has a NO REFUND policy.

The following things are NOT permitted in the water park under any circumstances:

Pets;

Radios or tape decks;

Non-government approved flotation devices;

Skate boards, roller skates, bicycles;

Snorkels, fins, masks, etc.

All guests must comply with the rules and regulations. The patron engages in the activities offered by the park solely at their own risk. Lifeguards and Security personnel must be obeyed at all times.
